Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Typical delivery times (USA):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Carrier delays may extend delivery times beyond our control.

Wrong Address or Missing Package

  • If you enter the wrong address, contact us immediately.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

  • If your package shows “delivered” but cannot be found, please contact the carrier first.


Return & Refund Policy

Dirty Boys wants you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused or only lightly tested

  • The bottle must not be heavily damaged or emptied

  • You must provide proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Email us within 7 days

  • Include a photo of the issue

  • We will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval and issue a refund back to your original payment method.
